April 1 - 15, 2007

On April 2 the Dragons, Kosta's indoor soccer team, won a game 5-3. They were losing 3-0 at halftime after playing their worst game ever. In the beginning of the second half Kostas scored 1 goal and from that point on our kids really took it to the other team and beat them 5-3 with Kostas scoring a 2nd goal...What a turnaround!
April 7th won another game 7-5.
April 14th won another game against the Canton rivals 8-3 (Kostas scored 2)and won the championship with one game to spare on April 16th!

Kosta's Spring Break started on April 5 and ended April 15th. He spent a lot of time with Dad and his friends Jacob and Kavin & Nathan.

April 8 was Easter, Dad called home, grandpa spent several days in the hospital due to a heart "incident"...

Kostas had a date with Gracie from the Greek school and talked web design and HTML stuff. Kostas now has his own webpage: http://www.geocities.com/kpapadop007/

First outdoor soccer pratice was on April 10.

We are switching the ice skating from Thursday evenings to Saturday mornings due to outdoor soccer practice.

We are not going to make it to China this year; we are still trying to get mom and the kids to Singapore for Simon and Maggie's wedding.

No news on the house yet...this may take a while. Last time Chase Bank was involved in a similar situation took 3 months...we can afford to wait.

Visited Robert's house to see his twin babies, here is Kostas with his daughter Marina:

very cute, they can keep them:-)

Visited doctor's office for Sophia's 5 year old shot (early by four months):

Bribed her with ice cream if she did not cry:

and she did not cry at all....

Until later that day when she took off the bandaid she saw the scar and went nuts, cried non stop for over half an hour!
