May 1 - 15, 2007

Dad went to Chicago for the NAPFA 2007 annual conference, a few pics follow below.

On May 5 Kostas participated in two events in Science Olympiad, a science competition for elementary school students from many area schools. Kostas and his teammates got FIRST PLACE in the "Circuit Wizardry" competition!!! So we decided to skip his soccer game (so he has missed games 1 and 2 now) since he was having so much fun. His soccer team did not need him since they won easily 11-4 again.

Another game at W. Bloomfield and another easy win for the Dragons 9-2. Kostas was on a roll and scored 4 goals with 3 assists! Dragons are now 4-0. Dragons were accepted into the tough league where Ann Arbor's Arsenal plays so starting in the fall no more easy wins anymore.

For these two plus weeks our van is being repaired at the body shop and we have been driving a Chrysler 300 car, very powerful and super gas guzzler too:-)

We put a deadline on our offer for the house for May 18...if not, we are moving on since the sellers appear not serious in wanting to move on either.

The two pics below were from an Indian wedding taking place at the same hotel as the conference in Chicago:
