Jul 24 2004 - Tae Kwon Do Belt Testing Day

We drove all the way to Sterling Heights in the East suburbs of Detroit.  Master Kim's two schools and another one joined together for belt testing, all together about 35 to 40 students.  It was held at a very nice park outside and the weather cooperated nicely for the most part.  All the kids did pretty well and it is evident they really like this sport and we parents love the discipline it teaches them! Kostas now has a green belt and tested for green-blue, he is getting closer to the black belt!

After the testing we all had an excellent picnic potluck style. The selection and quantity was plentiful, if anyone left hungry there is probably something wrong with him/her!
